Abstract
The Decree amends Ministerial Decree No. 414985 of 1985 as regards wild bird protected species, in compliance with Directives Nos. 94/24/EC, 91/244/EEC and 97/49/EC, by replacing Annex I to Ministerial Decree No. 414985 with the one included in article 2 to this Decree.
