Ministerial Decree No. 299980/4600 on the Committee liable for the approval of wine-bottle labels.

This Decree consists of four (4) articles; art. 1: wine-bottle labels shall be in legal use only after approval by the "Committee for the approval and control of wine-bottle labels" which was established by Ministerial Joint Decision No. 381352/29.12.1987; art. 2: procedures for the approval of new wine labels; art. 3: procedures regarding the control of labels already in use; art. 4: after a period of two years and a half from the label's approval by the competent Committee, the use of such labels is prohibited and they shall be seized.
