Abstract
In conformity with Act. No 1541 of 1985 and the concurrent opinion of the Greek Confederation of Agricultural Cooperatives (PA.SE.GE.S), this Decree sets forth the specific administrative procedures to be followed by a certain type of agricultural cooperatives -so called "compulsory"- in order to be transformed in the so called "free" type of cooperatives.
