Abstract
The Decree adds a new paragraph 5 to article 2 of Ministerial Decree No. 33976/3189 of 1993 as regards the pollutant gas emission tests for vehicles imported from non EU country-members which are equipped with diesel engines. Such vehicles are allowed to circulate provisionally. Within one year they must undertake the official test for permissible emissions.
