Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to amend and complete the Greek legislative frame in compliance with Council Directive 96/69/EC relating to measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles. Annex I to Ministerial Decree No. 28433/2448 is amended according to the provisions set out in the Annex to the present Decree. The Decree sets out provisions prohibiting the circulation of vehicles unless such vehicles meet the technical standards detailed in the Decree.
