Abstract
This Decree replaces two (2) articles of Ministerial Decree No. 303800/6875 of 1985: article 4 as amended: all private or legal entities processing home produced or bought grapes for wine production, are obliged to declare their production per annum. In article 5, para. 4 is abrogated; the following phrase is added: "paragraph 8a: for every other detail not mentioned in this Decree, Regulation 2102/84 will apply.".
