Abstract
The Decree, in accordance with Commission Directive 2007/68/EC amending Annex IIIa to Directive 2000/13/EC as regards the labelling of certain food ingredients, replaces Annex 3A to article 11 of the Food Code, which lays down the list of those ingredients which must be indicated in the labels as they are likely to cause adverse reactions in susceptible individuals.

Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force after its publication in the Official Gazette. Its provisions shall be enacted in such a way so as the sale of products complying with this Decree will be authorized. As from 31 May 2009, the sale of products which fail to comply with this Decree shall be prohibited. However, the sale of products which fail to comply with this Decree and which have been labelled prior to 31 May 2009 and comply with the provisions of Decree No. 254/2007, shall be authorised until stocks run out.
