Abstract
The Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC establishes a list of food ingredients to be indicated on the label as they are likely to cause adverse reactions in susceptible individuals. In accordance with Directive 2000/13/EC the Commission may provisionally exclude certain ingredients or products of those ingredients from Annex IIIa to that Directive. This Decree, in order to comply with this provision, amends Annex 3A to article 11 (labelling of foodstuffs) of the Food Code which deals with food ingredients to be indicated on the label of foodstuffs. The text of the Annex is replaced hereby.
