Abstract
The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which the entire text of article 26 is replaced except for the provisions of: paragraph 5 (points a and b); paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 are renumbered as 10, 11 and 12 respectively; Annex II, regarding the alignment of the Greek legislation with EU Directives No. 82/711/EEC as amended with Directive 97/48/EC and 85/572/EEC, becomes Annex VII. The consolidated text of article 26 is attached to this Decree.
