Abstract
This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 70 dealing with edible fats and oils is hereby amended by replacing paragraph 7a as follows: edible oilseeds must comply with the following requirements: oilseeds (those included in article 73 of the Food Code) can be put in the market as long as they fulfill the general provisions set forth in Part A of the aforementioned article. Before the disposal in the market, producers of such oils must submit to the competent Department of the Supreme Council of Chemistry the composition and analytic elements, in which are included the chromatographic analysis of greasy acids and sterols. The same procedure is to be followed also when the composition or specific components of products already in circulation is altered. These products are put in the market as "mix of seed-oils".
