Abstract
This Decree prescribes quality and technical features of agricultural chemical products containing PARATHION METHYL, in compliance with technical specifications recommended by FAO (in particular, "technical pure" PARATHION METHYL quantities, must comply with Fao Specification Code 10a/1/S/3; "technical solutions" PARATHION METHYL quantities, must comply with the Fao Specification Code 10a/1a/S/3; "solutions EC" PARATHION METHYL quantities, must comply with FAO Specification Code 10a/5/S/3 ). As from 1.01.1989 onwards, all products containing PARATHION METHYL in percentage of 40% EC and do not meet the requirements of the present Decree, shall be considered as adulterated.
