Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2006/8/EC which amends, for the purposes of their adaptation to technical progress, Annexes II, III and V to Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations. Directive 1999/45/EC has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Ministerial Decree No. 265/2002. For the purposes of adapting the Decree to the provisions of Directive 2006/8/EC, Annexes II, III and V to Decree No. 265/2002 shall be amended as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
