Abstract
The Decree inserts paragraph 12 to article 39 of the Food Code dealing with vinegar. The new paragraph lays down the technical regulations and requirements for the manufacture, distribution and marketing of balsamic vinegar. In particular, provides for the definition and the characteristics of finished products and their labelling.
