Abstract
With this Decree, the provisions of Council Directive 98/83/EC and Annexes are fully adopted. In this light, articles 2, 4, 6 (paragraph 3), 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 16 of Ministerial Decree No. Υ2/2600/2001 on the quality of water intended for human consumption are hereby amended. Annexes I, II, and III are attached to this Decree.
