Abstract
This Decision approves a Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which several sections of article 68 are amended in compliance with Council Directive No. 96/83/EC amending Directive 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs. An Annex listing down maximum limits of sweeteners permitted per category of foodstuff is attached to the text of this Decision.
