Abstract
With this Decision, article 4 of Ministerial Joint Decision No. 69269/5387 (paragraph 8, comma c, Table II) is amended by adding the classification of the activity “Impregnation of timber with wood preservation chemicals” in the first (A) category of activities as prescribed in law No. 1650/1986. Also, the Prefects are appointed as the competent authority for approving the environmental terms on this activity.
