Abstract
This Decision, in compliance with the appropriate E.U. Directive 72/180, establishes technical standards for hard wheat varieties. It prescribes the official methods for testing such hard wheat varieties which shall be included in the National register of plant varieties, only after two (2) years of satisfactory testing.
