This Decision, in compliance with the appropriate E.U. Directive 72/180, establishes technical standards for fodder broad bean "VICIA FABA L." varieties. It prescribes the official methods for testing such plant varieties which shall be included in the National register of plant varieties, only after two (2) years of satisfactory testing.
