Ministerial Joint Decision No. 412423 establishing technical standards for maize ("Zea Mays L.") plant varieties, with the exception of "Convar Microsperma Koern" and "Convar Saccharata Koern" maize varieties.

This Decision, in compliance with the appropriate E.U. Directive 72/180, establishes technical standards for maize ("Zea Mays L.") plant varieties, with the exception of "Convar Microsperma Koern" and "Convar Saccharata Koern" maize varieties. It prescribes the official methods of testing such varieties which shall be included in the National Register of plant varieties, only after two (2) years of satisfactory testing.
