Abstract
This Decision, in compliance with the appropriate E.U. Directive 72/180, establishes technical standards for sugar-beet plant varieties. It prescribes the official methods of testing such varieties (e.g. "Novahil", "Mezzano Poly R.", "Maribo Poly R.", "Kawemono", etc.) which shall be included in the National Register of plant varieties, only after two (2) years of satisfactory testing.
