Abstract
With this Decision, article 113 of the Food Code is integrated by adding up paragraph 9: "The use of certain food preservatives (E 200, E 201, E 202, E 203) as chemical additives to flour stuffs is allowed, provided their proportion does not exceed the 1% of the total composition of the product. The percentage of their addition must be registered on the package. Such food preservatives must fulfil the purity conditions prescribed by the V Annex to Presidential Decree No. 535/1983.".
