Abstract
The present Decision harmonises the Greek legislative framework with Council Directive No. 2006/139/EC amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC as regards restrictions on the marketing and use of arsenic compounds for the purpose of adapting its Annex I to technical progress. Annex I to this Directive has been incorporated to the Greek legislative body by Presidential Order No. 445/1983. Therefore Annex I to this Order shall be amended accordingly. The updated text of the Annex is attached to this Order.
