Abstract
With this Decision, article 120 of the Food Code is integrated by adding paragraph 5: "frozen fried potatoes must fulfil the following conditions: humidity: 75% maximum; fat: 2% minimum; fat melting point: 42 C. The packages of frozen fried potatoes must also fulfil the requirements of articles 119 and 120 of the Food Code. The date of expire must be registered on the package.".
