Abstract
The Decision establishes briefing and participative procedures for citizens on the approval of the environmental terms of certain works and activities according to paragraph 2, article 5 of Law 1650/86 as amended by article 3 (paragraphs 2 and 3) of law No. 3010/2002. The Decision consists of the following articles: aim and definitions (article 1); notification of preliminary environmental evaluation (article 2); notification of the decision to evaluate works or activities (article 3); access to information by the public to environmental impact assessment procedures (article 4); notification of approval for environmental terms (article 5); conditions for EU member-states to participate in the process of approval of environmental terms (article 6).
