Ministerial Joint Decree No. 116167 as regards the maximum pesticide residue levels for acetamiprid, atrazine, deltamethrin, imazalil, indoxacarb, pendimethalin, pymetrozine, pyraclostrobin, thiacloprid and trifloxystrobin in and on certain products of plant origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/73/EC.

Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/73/EC, provides for the following amendments to the Greek legislative frame regarding MRLs: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex II the entry for atrazine is replaced as set out in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree; 2) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: in Annex II the entries for acetamiprid, atrazine, deltamethrin, imazalil, indoxacarb, pendimethalin, pymetrozine, pyraclostrobin, thiacloprid and trifloxystrobin are added, as shown in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree.
