Ministerial Joint Decree No. 117800 as regards maximum residue levels for ethofumesate, lambda−cyhalothrin, methomyl, pymetrozine and thiabendazole in and on certain products of plant origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2005/74/EC.

This Decree specifies maximum levels of pesticide residues that crops and foodstuffs may contain, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/74/EC. In particular, according to the provisions of article 1 to this Decree, the item ‘papaya’ is added to Annex I to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 under the category 1(vi) miscellaneous fruit between the items ‘Olives’ and ‘Passion fruit’. The item ‘Cassava’ is added to Annex I to Decree No. 352654/95 under the category 2(i) root tuber vegetables between the items ‘Carrots’ and ‘Celeriac’. Also, maximum pesticide residue levels for ethofumesate, lambda−cyhalothrin, methomyl, pymetrozine and thiabendazole, shown in article 2 of this Decree, shall replace those contained in Annex II of Decree No. 352654/95.
