Ministerial Joint Decree No. 120980 regarding the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for bifenthrin and famoxadone residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruits and vegetables, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/95/EC.

Abstract
The maximum pesticide residue levels for bifenthrin and famoxadone in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are replaced by those contained in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds, potatoes, tea and hops.
