Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2003/2/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of arsenic. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445/83. Under this light, Annex I (point 20, arsenic compounds) to Presidential Order No. 445 is amended as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
