Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Directive 2002/61/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, more specifically of azocolourants. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for the nineteenth adaptation to technical progress of Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445/83. Under this light, in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445, the entry “azocolourants” is added, as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
