Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and application of the provisions of Council Directive 94/27/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, more specifically the presence of nickel in certain objects. Directive 1999/51/EC amends Annex I to Council Directive 76/769/EEC which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445. Under this light, Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445/83 is hereby supplemented as set out in the Annex hereto, in compliance with this Directive.
