Ministerial Joint Decree No. 1743/85 approving the amendment of paragraph 2, article 16 to the Food Code.

The second paragraph of article 16 to the Food Code is amended adding the following paragraph: "If there has been an analysis on a sample, a new examination can be performed on the remainders of that sample, only after a written request by the Public Prosecutor and only if there are actually remainders of the sample, suitable for a second examination by the competent Chemical Authority who has performed originally the analysis on the sample".
