Ministerial Joint Decree No. 175174 establishing terms, conditions and supporting documents for subsiding Action 4.2 “Support and operation of laboratories for honey analysis”, within the implementation framework of the three-year program for the improvement of production and marketing of apiculture products, 2011-2013.

In application of the provisions of article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 312751/728/12-01-2011, funding to support the cost of institution and operation of laboratories for honey analysis shall be subsidized up to a hundred percent. The analysis shall be carried out for quality assessment and ISO or HACCP certification of honey and honey products placed on the market so as to ensure the protection of public health. The Decree establishes the sum of the subsidy, requirements for the beneficiaries, required documentation and procedures to be followed.
