Ministerial Joint Decree No. 231991 of 1985 on the use of the national fisheries reserve "Klisova" - Lake of Messologi.

The present Decree amends certain provisions of Decree No. 58931 of 1983: a) the second provision is amended as follows: "prohibition for the Commune of Messologi to assign fishery exploitation to any other private or legal entity. Concession can be allowed only to a Local Government Corporation, in compliance with article 43 or 44 of Act No. 1416/1984". b) the last section of the third provision is amended as follows: "...However, third parties continue to have exploitation rights until final settlement. The Municipal Council or the Board of Directors of the Corporation take decisions concerning the issue and time limits of free fishing licences after approval by the Fishery Supervisory Commission." c) the last section of the fifth condition is amended as follows: "until final elaboration of the Fisheries Programme, Decree No. 58931 of 12.09.1983 is still in force".
