Abstract
This Decree approves the amendment of article 83 to the Food Code made by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which, paragraph 7 is amended, in order to replace provisions regarding a special type of cheese, so-called "mizithra": The humidity contained in fresh mizithra cheese should not exceed the 70 percent of the whole cheese.
