Ministerial Joint Decree No. 286/86 approving the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry regarding integrations of article 20 of the Food Code.

This Decree integrates article 20 (Perishables) of the Food Code by adding paragraph 6: "in cases in which a sample of perishable foodstuffs shall be defined as "not normal" not because of the results of chemical analysis but because of other deceit (labelling, etc.) then in the re-examination, such sample shall be processed as "not perishable".
