Abstract
In compliance with Council Directive 82/894/EEC, this Decree, which is composed of six articles, establishes the procedure to be followed to notify the outbreak of the animal diseases specified in article 5 of this Decree. Only in case of classical swine fever, the procedure for notification to be followed is prescribed in Presidential Order No. 707 of 1981, article 12.
