Abstract
With this Decree, article 112 of the Food Code is integrated by adding paragraph 13: "The use of certain food preservatives (E 280, E 281, E 282, E 283) as chemical additives to flour foodstuffs is allowed, provided their proportion does not exceed the 0,3% of the total composition of the product. The percentage of their addition must be registered on the package. Such food preservatives must fulfill the purity conditions prescribed by the V Annex to Presidential Decree No. 535/1983.".
