Ministerial Joint Decree No. 382526 prescribing supplementary measures for the implementation of the European Council Instruction EEC 797/85, regarding the improvement of the effectiveness of agricultural structure.

With the present Decree, the Ministers of Finance and Agriculture, in order to achieve the improvement of agricultural structure, have agreed to establish measures (described extensively in the text) aiming at: improving production in connection with the demands of the market; reducting production costs; improving living and working conditions; energy saving; protecting the environment and land proclamation; adaptating professional training to the needs of modern agricultural techniques.
