Abstract
The present Decree harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions of Directive 2003/34/EC, relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of substances classified as carcinogens, mutagens or substances toxic to reproduction. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative framework with Presidential Order No. 445/83. with a view to adopting this Order to technical progress, the substances laid down in the Annex to this Decree shall be added to points 29, 30 and 31 of Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445/83.
