With this Decree, paragraphs 1 and 9a of article 141 of the Codex Alimentarius are amended. Paragraph 1 provides the definition of pastries; paragraph 9a allows the placing of powdered pastry products on the market, provided they fulfil the requirements of the aforementioned article (141).
