Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2001/91/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, more specifically, hexachloroethane. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445/83. Under this light, Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445 is adapted to technical progress and shall be amended as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
