Abstract
The present Decree establishes the minimum number of members for the formation of cooperatives of general interest. This minimum number of founding members was established at fifty (50) members by the Agricultural Cooperatives Act No. 1541/85 (art. 5, para. 1b, 2). According to the present Decision it is reduced into twenty-five (25) members. For the establishment of cooperatives of specific interest (as described in article 4, paragraph 3 of the Act mentioned above) the minimum number is established in ten (10) founding members.
