Ministerial Joint Decree No. 562/85 amending articles 83 and 85 of the Food Code.

This Decree amends articles 83 and 85 of the Food Code as follows: in article 83, paragraph 10, the phrase "...after approval by the Supreme Council of Chemistry..." is abrogated. In article 85, paragraph 12 is replaced:by "Processing and packaging grated cheese is allowed only after the inspection of the premises and the issue of a special licence to operate.".
