Abstract
In compliance with EU Directives 87/181 and 79/117, this Decree amends the annex of Ministerial Decision No. 92477 of 20 July 1987, by adding up the following: "2. NITROFEN. 3. 1.2 - ETHYLENE DIBROMIDE 4. 1.2 - ETHYLENE CHLORIDE". The prohibition on the use of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing: NITROFEN, enters into force on 2.08.1982 (by Ministerial Decision No. 166174); ETHYLENE DIBROMIDE, enters into force on 1.01.1988; ETHYLENE CHLORIDE, enters into force on 1.06.1989.
