Ministerial Joint Decree No. 739/86 approving amendments of article 111 to the Food Code after Decision No. 885/72 by the Supreme Council of Chemistry.

With this Decree, the amendment -by adding up paragraph 20- of article 111 of the Food Code, after Decision No. 885/72 by the Supreme Council of Chemistry, is approved; paragraph 20 regulates matters concerning bread packaging; it prescribes that bread should be packed after it has acquired ambient temperature and the date of preparation and other mandatory information are registered on the package. Paragraph 20 prescribes also the wrapping material to be used.
