Having regard to Council Directive 96/33/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in cereals and in particular article 1 thereof, this Decree adds new pesticide residues (as shown in the Table contained in article 1) in Annex II, Part A of Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88.
