Abstract
In implementation of article 2 of Council Directive 96/32/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/ is hereby amended as regards certain entries (glyphosate, fenarimol, iprodione, benomyl). Also, in implementation of article 3 of the same Directive, in Annex II shall be added a set of maximum levels for pesticide residues according to the Table attached to this Decree.
