Abstract
In implementation of article 1 of Council Directive 95/39/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals and foodstuffs of animal origin, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby completed by including new maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals. Also, in article 3 of Ministerial Decree No. 352613/95 the phrase "Part B of Annex II" shall read "Part A of Annex II".
