Abstract
In implementation of article 1 of Council Directive 95/38/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables, and providing for the establishment of a list of maximum levels, Annex I to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be supplemented by the addition of the certain maximum levels for pesticide residues on herbs and condiments, contained in the Table attached to this Decree. Also, Annex II of the same Decree shall become Annex II, Part A, and shall be supplemented by the Table attached to the present Decree. With article 2 of this Decree, Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended in compliance with the Annex contained in Council Directive 95/61/EC.
