Abstract
In part A of Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 the entry contained in the Table of article 1 to the present Decree shall be added in respect of azoxystrobin. In Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95 the columns headed "azoxystrobin" and "kresoxim methyl" are replaced by those set out in article 2 to this Decree. Article 3 establishes that the provision in article 3(2) of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 91496 where "the maximum level for residues of acephate on peaches shall be fixed at 0,02 mg/kg" shall be applied as of 1 December 2001.
